This blog is to give a fuller understanding of my new strengths,I hope people will respond to positively and see a way to use these skills in the work that they are hoping to achieve. I want to communicate this, with my capacity to undertake research along with my new found strengths to engage with dialogue/training of partners. These I feel can give real value to organisations. As such I would like to hear from people and organisations that are looking to engage with different people to enhance their bottom up development approaches through engaging with actors in the field @IMA_Training #capacitydevelopment #globaldev #coaching. My personal story of drive against the odds gives people an inspirational story which can be particularly useful to numerous organisations which can be developed to give staff drive. So, I would be very happy to share my personal experience of overcoming the odds to further the successes one can have in personal or company level. The best experience is to set one’s goals and persist with them. To then tailor your personal attributions in a way that are achievable, however, difficult they may be you can find a way to achieve them. Through this you will find people that can make this happen and navigate your way through such difficulties to reach those goals. Of course you need to be aware of the challenges you might come up against and finding your way through them, you might not find this an easy thing to do but with persistence these difficulties can be overcome.

It might be that you find yourself in such a difficult place to be in that creativity is one thing you need to rely on to climb your way from the difficult and desperate situation you find yourself in #99u. In my specific case the writing of a memoir was a fantastic use of my drive. I was able to directly channel my feelings into a positive outlet to what I was going through. This is a memoir which brings in so many different views to make an all-encompassing view of how to recovery as best as you can.
As such my new skills along with the outcome mapping skills I previously had, give me particularly good skills to engage boundary partners positively. Through achieving good communication with boundary partners there is a greater chance of reaching outcomes in the projects wishes to attain. These are key skills one should use on projects in developing countries. @Sightsavers @UK_NTD These techniques could be used by programmes to achieve greater results in supporting #Trachoma and other Neglected Tropical Diseases.
